
As a 4 11 woman, I really want to, badly. But I want the satisfaction of saying I did it myself and I already lost 37/78lbs so I can’t stop now. I’m nearly half way there so that’s exciting but there are nights where I just wanna eat or days where I just don’t wanna go to the gym to do 2 hrs of cardio, but I do it anyways the cal deficit and the gym. It’s just sometimes I’m just tired like sleepy tired and I’m not malnutritioning myself okay but it’s just my body has a lot of getting used to
