Understand that, unfortunately, sustainable progress is slow as fuck. Additionally, you likely need to make lifestyle and mindset changes rather than just 2 yr adjustments. Start by increasing your movement gradually and educating yourself about nutrition (beyond calories bc you can be in a deficit and eat like shit- but then you preform like shit). Best wishes 🫶

i’d say track what you eat (NOT for restriction. but for mindfulness) because people tend to eat more than what they actually think (things like sauces can easily add hundreds of cals). then just try being active everyday. doesn’t have to be things like running. even just dancing by yourself or a little ab routine or just walking outside even at a snail pace will help immensely. and don’t focus on the number on the scale or what people say. just focus on how good YOU feel!:) we got this girl

prioritize protein and lift weights so your body is more muscle than fat (it makes a huge difference for your physique), and eat what you want but in moderation so you don’t lose your sanity. i would say try like an 80/20 diet where at least 80% of the food you eat is whole foods, and drinking your calories is the easiest way to not see any progress
