does anyone have any tips on how to start? I’m like 5’3 and 220 😭 I want to get better!! I plan on going tomorrow morning but idk if I’ll do much besides the treadmill lol

i started with light stuff until i was comfortable with more! stretching is also important

Honestly just starting with a few weighted excercises and doing until failure for cardio after wards is how I started and I seen progress soon after starting! Everyone starts somewhere and you can build on once you get more comfortable in the gym. Goodluck!
