Has anyone used creatine from the very beginning of their weight loss journey? Just curious if I should invest in some. I’m starting my journey soon; currently at 157lbs hopefully making it down to 145lbs first!A few things about creatine- it pulls water to your muscles to help with recovery. That’s the best benefit. You recover faster and can progress faster because of it. However, it may cause you to bloat at first. Thats normal. It also takes around 10 days to saturate into your system. Some people do a loading phase, where they take 10 g rather than the common 5g to make the loading phase faster. Up to you with that. Biggest piece of advice is that if you choose to invest in it buy it from Walmart.
