Yes I have, I was on a cut for a very long time so I was not eating an adequate amount plus I was doing excessiveeee cardio, like 45 mins to and hour on the stair master EVERY day. I lost my period for a few months but just got it back recently once I started eating a little above maintenance calories.
Not a hardcore gym girly, but I did a pretty hardcore backpacking trip and skipped a period from the intensity of physical activity. I actually don’t think it’s uncommon to skip a period or two if you’re doing super intense exercise for a time! But yeah if the amenorrhea persists long term, your training level is likely unsustainable and unhealthy, and I also question the impact on a number of levels
