
Set a goal for however many days you want to go to the gym, but not a set amount of time for each session. For example, go 3 times a week but each session can vary from 30mins to an hour to 15mins. This way, you can keep consistent in the gym but still allow room for lazy days or rough days! For eating healthier, follow the 80/20 rule(80% cleaner foods, 20% junk/bad foods). You don’t have to cut anything out of your diet that way. Also, building your meals around a protein source is good
Outshine sugar free popsicles, drizzilicious, trufru(raspberry), fruit riot(the flavored ones), edamame crisps, popcorn, homemade sweet potato fries(use low cal or no cal oil, I recommend seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic), and halotop ice cream. As you can probably tell, I kinda have a bias towards sweets lol
