
I did gymnastics for 10 years so idk if that put me at an unfair advantage BUT I used to do assisted pull-up machine but I switched to doing resistance band pull-ups and I think that helped WAY more! At the end of the day I think it was just consistently doing the banded ones. And most times I went to the gym I would attempt a pull up even if it wasn’t back day. I would do 3-4 sets of banded and aim for 8 reps or so
