One compound exercise, one isolation, one extension, one unilateral, and one accessory. I separate into glute focused and quad heavy, for glute day I would warm up with squats, move on to hip thrusts, then RDL, Bulgarians, and hypertensions. Add in adduction and abduction and you’re good

leg press/extension for quads. hip thrusts/split squats for glutes. lying leg curls/rdls for hamstrings

I second this but instead of split squats I would say glute extensions

glute extensions are fire but beware if you have sciatica!!!! they trigger mine like crazy
