i really don’t want to be triggering but i think my gym, macro, protein, etc obsession has become a low key ED. how do i get help for this? or am i over thinking?

I know I’m super late to this lol but I’d recommend trying to stop tracking. When I did this it was super hard at first but it helped me mentally so much. Even though you won’t know the exact numbers, you’ll still know how to structure meals to fit your goals

i’ve been thinking about trying this, i’m just so scared of gaining weight. i’ve worked so hard to look the way i do😭

I completely get it. It’s super mentally hard when you first stop tracking. I think you deserve to have a healthy mindset around food and be able to focus on other things :) I know I already said this but you have the nutrition knowledge of what works for you. Your progress (which you should be proud of) won’t disappear overnight! Just remind yourself that your mental health is just as important as your physical health!
