Ok I need tips from a running girlie. I’m trying to add running a few times weekly to my weightloss plan, but I am chaffing so badly I can barely keep going. Anyone have clothing recs or life hacks to avoid this?😭😭😭
Bike shorts or shorts with them underneath are a lifesaver!! I also like to use deodorant in the places where I’m most likely to have chaffing. I also like to wear athletic t shirts to avoid my arms chaffing too.
