any suggestions on workouts to get rid of a tummy? that’s where most of my fat sits & I wanna lose around 50 pounds to become healthier while also gaining muscle in my glutes & arms

Unfortunately the only real away to lose body fat is increasing how many calories you burn (I.e. more walking/ cardio in general) and decreasing how many calories you intake.

I really like running personally but if u are not a big runner maybe try like a tempo kinda thing like light jog for a few minutes walk then faster run then walk etc
