You will see better progress, in the future if you are patient and consistent. The split i suggested gives you optimal rest between body parts 72 hours is a good rule to go by

I sleep averagely 8-10 hours a night, and the only real stress I have is school but also my anxiety disorder makes me constantly overthink everything 🤷‍♀️

Depends on the split day but about an hour to an hour and a half if I include cardio and sauna

Stick to 45-60 mintues, going any longer is not going to make more gains. How do you break up your training? Split?

Ok, imo, you dont get enough time to recover with that split. I would suggest. Monday legs Tuesday upper Wednesday zone 2 cardio Thursday legs Friday upper Sat and sun-zone 2 cardio

Thank you 🙏 Also for comparison, this is what I started with about a year ago. Everything just feels like it’s been so slow

Keep up the good work. Fitness takes time, which sucks but when you get the results you want it is worth it
