used to do pilates but lost all strength when i moves away from my gym :/ uni has a weight room, what movements would u suggest?? my plan is 3x a week, chest/back day, arm day, leg day, w core and some cardio each time
my personal opinion: chest and back and both too large of muscle groups and shouldn’t be targeted on the same day if you want effective results. i’d go for back and bis and chest and tris instead.

I typically just do lat pulldowns, rear delt flys, and incline bench. I dont do a TON of upper, but im still pretty toned
