Start your core workout with a plank for as long as you can! Will make the rest of your workout more effective

Ngl, I like to do Chloe ting’s 2 week ab video, I haven’t gotten visible abs from it, but it does help my core feel stronger and helps me to hold longer planks

Honestly very basic core workouts rly helped me like weighted in and outs or putting your legs up on a wall and doing weighted toe taps

I do cable crunches, Russian twists with a kettlebell, planks, and hanging leg raises!

I also really like chloe ting videos, even just in general!! she does a great job hitting different muscles every set so i don’t get too tired too quickly.
