hiring males when you own a women’s only gym doesn’t really make sense lol

staff would know not to go up and bother women while theyre working out, or try to talk to them as theyre walking to their car, or whatever other scenarios women going to those gyms are trying to avoid

There’s one local women gym in Philly and they have 2 male staff members

that owner is an odd ball, I eventually want my own women’s only gym and that seems counterintuitive. would not be surprised if it’s owned by a man partly or fully

So what is something that happened to u at an gym that’s making you being uncomfortable in a divided both gender space

Having thirty men in a space makes it a lot more likely that I’ll get followed from machine to machine, or someone will give me unsolicited advice, or someone will take pictures of me compared to having five men. All of these things have happened more than once at regular gyms. If the only plausible way to get a gym with less men is for it to be only women members and men can work there, so be it! I’ll take something over nothing.
