Can someone give me some advice? Whenever I do arms I always end up more sore in the pit of my elbow rather than my actual biceps. How do I fix that

That’s something you get from lifting heavy weights, there’s not a ton you can do about it. Definitely stretch out your arms and elbow, and if the weights that you’re using are too heavy go down a weight for a bit. Sometimes it’s a form issue too, so make sure your form is good

this is most likely form! i had the same issue, if its happening during preacher curl, remember to adjust the height of the seat properly to where your elbows aren’t hanging off!

Oh wow um that’s concerning. Stretches definitely, and I would maybe go to a doctor.
