I’m considering doing winter arc and I know it starts tmr but I’m very conflicted. I weigh about 195 and I love sweets although I have been cutting back. I want to be 150 but all my weight goes to my thighs and my butt (not that I’m complaining).pls help

You’re allowed to have sweets during weight loss as long as you stay in a calorie deficit. Make sure to eat a lot of protein. Do cardio, but don’t skip the weights. Also remember that if you’re doing weights your weight on the scale might go up. This is due to water retention and muscle growth. Which is a good thing. Ask anymore questions if needed
