the only thing that made me lose my stomach was a CRAZYYYY cal def and a fuck ton of cardio. Then when i wanted toned muscle i did low weight high reps and let that lactic acid build up. Don’t lift till failure, you should be able to lift the weight even if it’s burning. That will tone you.
i dont track😓 but i def am conscious of my intake now that ive been trying to do better. not having snacks and having a protein shake instead, choosing healthier alternatives, not over eating, etc haha. i would track but im also in college and on mealplan so its kind of hard to do it
