hi lovelies🙏 5’2, ~115 lbs, feel like no matter how much i workout/try to track cal i still have a tummy and flubby thighs😓. pls how do i get rid of that fat and get more tone/muscle? my arms look bigger since ive started working out but not toned yk??

with that height and weight i would honestly increase calories. you might need more energy going to your muscles to help build them!!

the only thing that made me lose my stomach was a CRAZYYYY cal def and a fuck ton of cardio. Then when i wanted toned muscle i did low weight high reps and let that lactic acid build up. Don’t lift till failure, you should be able to lift the weight even if it’s burning. That will tone you.

okay! i may try that 🙏. like its so weird bc my physical appearance does not match up w the scale at ALL. & before working out i was like 110 ish, so hopefully its muscle. 😭i was at a point where i couldnt even give blood bro me w my creatine and protein powder now🕺

i would bet that it’s muscle!! can i ask if you’ve been eating in a deficit, in maintenance or at a surplus? or if you don’t track at all that’s totally okay!! it’s probably better for you mentally!!

i dont track😓 but i def am conscious of my intake now that ive been trying to do better. not having snacks and having a protein shake instead, choosing healthier alternatives, not over eating, etc haha. i would track but im also in college and on mealplan so its kind of hard to do it
