was working out the other day and got SO EXCITED seeing this definition in my arm/shoulder!! i’m finally making progress! my lat pull downs are finally past the 70lb hump and my hammer curls are almost at 20lb!!

Congrats!! How did you get past the 70 lb point, I’ve been stuck on it for like a year 😭

i honestly think it may have been the break i took. i had to take a like a week or so off working out just because my work schedule got SLAMMED and i was all over the place. suddenly i come back and 70 felt like a breeze. the 85 is definitely harder to do 10 reps, so i usually go for like 10 and then 8.
