how important is it to track food when trying to build muscle/ get stronger? context: totally new to the gym, not trying to lose or gain weight, but I like to just eat when I’m hungry stop when full and the idea of counting anything stresses me out
Prioritize protein in your meals (but you don’t need to count it) and you should be good

protein is super important and will directly determine how much muscle you build, but your body can only process about 35g at a time, so prioritize it but no need to obsess
