Does anyone have estimates of how long it would take to do a body recomp from 30% to 24%? (I’m 5’2’’ around 112 pounds, East Asian, workout four times a week)

So atm, you’re approximately 78 pounds of lean body mass, and want to get to about 85 pounds of lean mass, or gaining about 7 pounds of lean mass while maintaining your mass. That’s likely about a year’s worth of work if your training, diet, and recovery are on point, although this could vary based on your genetics.
