Started seriously working out again I was 205 when I started I am now 208…UGH It’s only been a few days so I’m not freaking out yet but this is the opposite of what I’m tryna do body, wtf

I started working out at 135 and my body weight went up to 145 lol, your muscles r getting stronger which means more weight but don’t let that deter u cause your body will become visibly more toned, stick to it! You’ve got this 😊

If it’s been a few days it isn’t gained fat, it would be really really hard to gain 3 lbs of fat in a few days. It’s probably water retention. When I do intense workouts I often gain temporary weight for a day or two. Muscle recovery often causes weight gain especially if you pushed yourself or if you haven’t worked out in a while because they are holding temporary inflammation to be able to recover and build back up. It will go away soon enough and you will come back leaner if you keep at it.

if you’re lifting weights you’ll gain bc youre turning fat into muscle.
