I used to be 120-130 lbs, toned, and strong. 2 years later I’m 150 lbs and can’t look in the mirror. Between work, college, and burnout I lost my routine and motivation, but I’m ready to feel strong again. Any tips, motivation, or favorite products? 🥲🩷

Literally just get up and move: turn on your favorite song and dance for abt 5-10. You don’t have to start big js work back into your groove. You’re alr strong rn, you just gotta find and fall in love with yourself again

Quick workouts everyday between classes is what I do. I’m still a freshman so the work load isn’t horrible yet so I just take time on fridays to catch up on work and try to stay on top of it during the week so there isn’t much to do. I’ve been trying to find joy in making my own food so I stay out of the dining hall. It’s been working and I’ve lost 8 pounds in a week. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for months and I’m finally seeing a change, so can you! You got this girly just take your time
