
Quick workouts everyday between classes is what I do. I’m still a freshman so the work load isn’t horrible yet so I just take time on fridays to catch up on work and try to stay on top of it during the week so there isn’t much to do. I’ve been trying to find joy in making my own food so I stay out of the dining hall. It’s been working and I’ve lost 8 pounds in a week. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for months and I’m finally seeing a change, so can you! You got this girly just take your time
