I would remove the word “tone” from your vocabulary because that’s not reallyy a thing. You have to build muscle and lose body fat to have any sort of muscle definition or “toning”. Eat your protein and eat slightly under your maintenance cals and you should be able to lose fat and gain a booty at the same time!
