I GOTCHU: you can make a giant bowl of “ice cream” with ice, skim milk, protein powder (I use choco), and sugar free chocolate pudding (60 cal) and it’s a lot of it for low cal and high protein

I don’t give into my cravings because I know my mind is trying to give me an excuse to eat an entire bag of hot Cheetos 😭
