honestly i think setting rigid guidelines for yourself is an unhealthy way to go about it and will only lead to disappointment/ unhealthy habits. eat in a deficit, get plenty of exercise, and just try to be as healthy as u can, weight loss will come with time❤️ i lost 100lbs but the way i did it was EXTREMELY unhealthy and i have long term issues from it, don’t be like me!!

I wouldn’t look at numbers, I would look in the mirror and find a happy point there. Build muscle and eat in a deficit, I would eat 100 grams of protein daily and minimize other carbs and fats to eat around 1,000 calories a day doing strength building exercises consistently

but i will say it’s definitely possible to achieve this *somewhat* healthily, imo its just better to go into it with a health mindset instead of setting a strict time frame for yourself. i just don’t want to see someone going down the path i did lol
