do a lot more glute activated/isolated excersises. step ups, hip thrust, bulgarians. focus on these for a few weeks, 2-3 times a week, and you'll see a huge difference. you don't need to eat clean, just focus on having more protein in your meals

I found glute kickbacks and single legged rdls really help!! Also making sure youโ€™re eating enough is key for growth :)
