Traditionally, lemon water (especially when served warm) is supposed to detox the body of harmful toxins. Also I’ve read that on an empty stomach in the morning or right before bed it can help maintain flat tummy’s by burning belly fat. I don’t know how true that part is but hot raspberry tea before bed has helped me and I haven’t been working out in months. But that belly is flatter than usual this past month and immunity feels nice, the only thing different is hot raspberry tea and honey
