What do yall recommend? I went from 226 to 197 pounds, but after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in January and starting the naxpalon, I’ve lost motivation and just want to eat. I was doing so well before any advice?
think about how the food that you eat makes you feel !! I LOVE sweets, so if I want a sweet I eat. Sometimes I’m also totally craving a delicious salad. Follow what you’re feeling and you’ll be ok. Food is fuel remember that :)
