I want to lose some fat & gain definition. I am currently 210 lbs and 5’5”. I have worked out before but feel completely stuck. I imagine that it’s my eating habits but even changing them nothing has changed. I’m looking for tips to reach my goals! ThanksFor me the biggest thing that’s helped is 1. Tracking my calories and keeping myself in a deficit, and 2. Consistently moving my body even if it’s taking a longer walk w my dog that day. Try to consistently go to the gym, even if it’s once or twice a week at first. But for me personally the biggest thing is putting myself in a deficit while still eating enough foods and allowing myself to enjoy foods that might not align with fitness goals (desserts, drinks etc)
