make sure you’re eating enough and eating well. I wasn’t seeing a ton of progress and then I started focusing on food more and eating a lottttt more and way healthier and saw results so fast

not that you asked for advice but creatine and choline helped me finally gain muscle. make sure you don’t have any nutrient deficiencies. ferritin should be 125

that’s what i’m scared of! i feel like i eat a lot and i’m already short (5’3) and i’m scared of gaining weight especially in my stomach because I haven’t seen progress there in months 😫

genuinely you need to eat a lot more than you think. start tracking if you don’t already. I started tracking and realized how little I was actually eating (~1500 cals) and increased to 2400 a day. I feel better day to day and have way more energy to lift and can see visible changes over just a couple of months

the top was me less than two months ago and the bottom pic is a couple days ago. the way I trained stayed the same, only my food intake changed

most people aren’t hitting the recommended daily intake of choline which can cause muscle damage. i use phosphatadylcholine! and ferritin is iron storage. iron deficiency can make it hard to build muscle and is very common especially in women. b12 and vitamin d are also important. once i got all those right i finally started seeing gains!
