why is it that all gym clothes are for skinny women? obviously i know fat ppl can still wear skin tight clothing but it’s so uncomfortable. like the shorts are always underwear and the tops are either bras or a skin tight dry fit tee

Just go in sweatpants and a tshirt, you don’t have to have a matching set or spandex shorts to go to the gym

Have you tried looking for basketball shorts? I’ve had to get men’s basketball shorts once and they were pretty long on me, so maybe that’ll help?

i like going to the gym but it’s so difficult to find something that i am comfortable in. and i guess you can say “that’s motivation” but i want it now not in 5 months.

I have bigger thighs, like no gap, and I LOVE both my gymshark vital shorts and auorla (amazon). Theyre tight which also makes me look skinnier 😋 I have gymshark shorts in a Medium that I don’t wear anymore lmk if u want em theyre on my depop

Also, if you never even try, you’re just going to be stuck the way you are forever. Weight loss and muscle gain both take lots of time. It’s not something that happens super quickly even for people who train and diet very consistently.

i don’t care abt matching sets but i get hit really fast so i need to wear shorts and maybe leggings sometimes. the shorts are always like 3in inseam and i have big thighs so it just ends up looking like underwear. weather it’s spandex shorts or the athletic shorts

i do try? i still go to the gym regularly and diet. i know it won’t happen in a day which is why it’s important for me to have clothes that are comfortable for my current body

I think I’ve seen some at Walmart, but maybe you can check some sports store like Dick’s sports or something
