Progress photos are really helpful because it’s really easy for your brain to not see a difference on the day to day. If you have a pic of yourself from a month ago wearing something tight-ish try to put on the same outfit and take a picture/video in the same way and I guarantee you’ll be able to see a difference if you’ve been going for a month
