i’m 5’7 and pre weight loss i was 190, calorie deficit (1200 cal per day), did a lot of cardio. 25k steps per day

I also did some weight training like lifting and stuff. Mostly calorie deficit will do it tho. when ur losing weight ur gonna b hungry, it is what it is. if that’s something ur not ok with then don’t lose weight 😭 it’s a lot easier to not eat 100 extra calories than it is to burn it off
