Hii! So I am 5’8 and 200 lbs, I use to be a college athlete but it’s been a while since I’ve felt comfortable in the gym. I want to lose weight and tone up but don’t really know where to start. I’m also a heart patient so cardio is risky. Help🫶🏼

I would start with just taking it slow on the treadmill, don’t go crazy on stair master or cardio bike. As long as you’re MOVING and in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight, it’s impossible not to unless you’re hormonally imbalanced. Then move up to however intense you feel you can take it cardio wise, and add in weights, should you want to. You got this <3
