im a freshman in college i try my best to get at least 10k, drink water, pick healthy options at the dining haul, not drink excessively (maybe once a week), work out or excersise of some sort and not snackbut i still can’t lose the weight. any tips?

Add morning/evening walks! Like just 10-20 minutes alone outside. It lowers cortisol, which worsens inflammation and makes it harder to lose weight. Try to find other ways to lower cortisol as well (like avoiding sugar, drinking water, meditating etc)

Realistically if you want to see faster results you’re going to have to track calories in some way. If you can’t/dont want to, it just takes a lot longer to see results imo
