Now that it’s summer I’m working all day and i need to meal prep my lunches for the week on Sunday… i did chicken and rice bowls last week any ideas for this week?

Do the salads with dressings on the side. Mason jars or tall containers work great to layer what you want and then shake up. Pastas can keep for 3 days in the fridge, be sure to hear up with a water towel on top or mixed in before reheating to prevent dryness. Pinwheels can be made easy the day or two prior and mositen in the fridge. Bruschetta and a side of small mozz balls is fire or make them on toothpicks don’t forget the basil

put a little water on it with a damp paper towel over it when u reheat, tastes good as new
