idk if i’m just so used to cutting but i feel like my maintenance calories are too high. it feels like i need to eat so much food to not be in a deficit, yes ik it’s something silly to complain about but i feel guilty for eating so much
i just saw a girl post something about this that 1200 calories is like what her toddler eats in a day lol and i’d honestly trust that calculator. you can obviously switch the calories for protein based foods and stuff though

for reference i’m 133ish 5’4 and trying to eat at 1900 bc of my activity level. TDEE calculator claims it should be closer to 2100 but that feels illegal😭
