I want to lose face and neck fat, my stomach and my back, and get bigger glutes so where do I start?

start doing strength training and don’t skip your upper body !

U can’t lose fat in a specific spot u need to lose weight in general to do that. U can work ur stomach and back by building up muscle underneath and same w glutes u need to build up muscle

I'm sorry to say this but… A diet. Working out, increases calorie expenditure, but you can't spot reduce fat. A good moderately hard workout plan, or something you can be consistent with as well as a few exercise exercises 2X a week that work on glutes not just endless hip raises.
