Yall I need tips on how to eat less. I have a calorie and protein goal but I’m wondering if there are low/no cal foods or drinks that can fill in extra cravings…please helppp🥴
Fruits and Vegetables, don’t skimp out on water because you can legit drink water for three days for every meal and feel so much healthier

I drink polar ice or poppi- the carbonation helps you feel more full

pickles, most veggies, rice cakes, no butter popcorn, miracle noodles, watermelon or berries. making sure to eat slowly and mindfully also helps!!

also if ur willing to “splurge” on cals a bit there’s a bunch of low cal desserts and protein snacks that help keep me satiated. like Yasso bars or quest chips
