how does one stay motivated in terms of diet? getting to the gym is easy but i’m struggling with the nutrition part 🥀

My unfortunate reality is I don’t keep many snackable foods in the house. Most of my food is in ingredient form and has to be prepared. Channeling my inner almond mom but in a healthy way

It’s hard because if I’m craving I’ll keep thinking about it. So, I try to find or make the best alternative possible. I also have mercy on myself every once in a while and actually indulge. Especially if it’s a special occasion (about once a month). I will say I’m not trying to win any competitions or achieve a peak physique so this may not help people who are in that situation.

I find that meal prepping healthy food is really helpful. So whenever I get hungry, I can heat my meal prep up and instead of grabbing snacky foods and it takes basically the same amount of time in the moment when you’re hungry
