Any workout tips for girls with chronic pain? I enjoy working out, but it’s hard to stay consistent when my body is in pain majority of the time. I don’t want to gain too much weight from the inactivity, especially since my illness causes bloating.

I recommend using any machines your gym has and working your way up to free weights the more comfortable you get with it. Any low impact workouts are amazing with keeping the pain at ease, imo. I have arthritis in my lower back, and I understand completely 🫂
