I would recommend for getting into the gym at first, watch some videos about how to use the lat pull down machine since those are usually in the middle of the gym, and then as you’re doing that, start watching other people in the gym and learn how machines work

Eventually, you’ll have seen most of the machines and know how they work so you can create a workout based on what you like :)
