It comes from you!! Start taking progress photos. If you can make it two months of consistent workouts 2x a week, just looking at your photos from 2 months ago will be all the motivation you need!!

Also, keep track of weights. Right now I'm curling 20lbs for 3 sets of 10 reps. If you're a beginner, try and curl 20lbs. I promise you, if you stick to it, you'll be able to curl it someday. If you can just stick with it for the first 2 weeks of workouts, you'll notice by week 3 that 20lb dumbbell feels lighter than it did before! And that's great motivation for me
