i fucked up doing RDLs yesterday and my back is sooo sore this morning. other than ice and ibuprofen is there anything i can do to make this suck less?
Try rolling out ur back on a foam roller or doing dead hangs to strength out ur back

I’ve been using Biofreeze. I got a pack of 2 at Costco and it’s great. It just smells like peppermint and at least the ones I got are roll on so you don’t have the tingly hands after
