Honestly I’d say start with your diet first, and take your vitamins as well because it’s hard to lose weight with hormone imbalances

something that really helped me was going a 20-30 min walk each day. it’s a task to set time aside specifically but it makes such a difference! also remember to eat your fiber and protein :)

I haven’t though about vitamins possibly being a factor, i’ll try this because i stopped taking mine!
