I feel like my arm muscles are so easy to grow and get toned… but my legs and glutes aren’t showing much progress. I do legs 3x a week and arms and back 2x a week, does anyone have tips for specifically leg growth?
3x a week is pretty excessive, either you’re wearing yourself out or you’re not training hard enough

aim for twice a week and go as hard as possible on those days

Usually on glute focused days I do 3 sets of each: hip thrusts, glute hypertension, kickbacks, and RDLs

are you going to failure? if not, start. otherwise i would ask about fat distribution: do you store fat in your lower body but not your upper body? because that would make leg progress harder to see
