Hey yall… I want to start my gym journey because I’ve gained some weight, but I’m struggling to find motivation to go consistently. Any tips for beginners??

I just started going to the gym this past month so I’m still a beginner too but for me, I have a tv show I only watch at the gym. I also bought some cute gym clothes that make me a little excited to dress up.

I have an unconventional way of thinking about it I think, it’s not about motivation, no one is motivated every single day. it’s about discipline, you just need to get up and get it done. if this is something you really want for yourself, there’s no reason not to do it. it’s all about your mindset, how bad do you want it?
