anyone here willing to help me? i am new to the gym and dont know what im doing. im trying to grow my thighs/hips and glutes and have no interest in losing weight. i get too scared to ask the girls at the gym 💔💔

RDLs, split squats, hip thrusts, and make sure you’re eating enough protein (around 1g per pound of body weight, ie: if you’re 130 lbs, eat around 130g of protein). Also lift heavy, don’t be afraid of adding weight when you can do 10 reps in a set.
