
I have to count calories, but making low cal swaps has been the key to success in budgeting for 200 calories at the end of the day for sweets lol. Keto bread, non fat cheese, laughing cow cheese instead of butter or heavy cream, lean meat, non fat Greek yogurt instead of certain sauces etc.. I also don’t sweat it if my 220 calorie pack of Oreos puts me slightly above my daily caloric goal (if it’s less than 100 over I’ll still eat them). Also VOLUME EATING!!
